Enter Your Pet in our 2012 Calendar Contest

E-mail your favourite picture of your pet along with the answers to the following questions and your pet could be the next pin-up in our 9^th Annual Superior Pets Calendar.  The pictures must be digital or of high quality, horizontal, and not cropped or altered in any way.  Email your submissions to psauve@tbaytel.net .  Only entries that include both entry form and picture will be considered.  All entries must be received by March 31, 2012.  Any other questions can be answered by emailing Shelley Sauvé at the above e-mail address or by calling her at 767-5473.
